The popular tougher than tough X-Rider will now be available in a 2-wheel drive 5-speed automatic transmission variant. The X-Rider is a brute bakkie with a stealthy black front bumper, grille and a bold red Isuzu badge full of pride with LED daytime running lights and a set of 18-inch alloy rims completing its aggressive look. The Isuzu X-Rider is the ultimate business meets pleasure bakkie with comfortable black leather bucket seats finished off with a fun red trim. The X-Rider’s exceptional safety features will leave you wanting for nothing with ABS, EBD, ESC, Brake Assist System, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, Traction Control. Lush green lawns with Willow trees spread out over 18 holes. This was the scene at the Mount Edgecombe Golf Course, where CMH Isuzu Umhlanga was invited by the 31 Ladies Golf Club to participate in their exciting golf day as well given the privilege of showcasing our highly capable, reliable vehicles at hole 1 of this exquisite course.
The vehicles displayed, had to definitely be the people’s favourite. For all the dad players, our absolute favourite, the Isuzu DMax X-Rider was displayed, who needs a caddy when you have one of these, a true workhorse indeed.
We also had a little something for the ladies, of 31 Ladies Golf Club – The very spacious Isuzu MUX with magnificent and very spacious boot space to fit all those bicycles, soccer boots, hockey sticks and even the family dog. It’s definitely the one to have.
CMH Isuzu Umhlanga visited an organization called the Domino foundation to get a better understanding of what the organisation does and where we as the CMH Isuzu team can assist.
On arrival, we were greeted by Sean and Taryn, who explained to us what the Organization Called The Domino Foundation long term goals were, Mission and Vision. Taryn gave us a guided tour of their sites in Amoati and Waterloo which are assisted by the foundation.
We visited a creche and a soup kitchen in the area where we met with the ladies who work effortlessly to make sure that the scholars get their soup, for some of the children this is their only meal for the day. We also visited a primary school from grade 4 to 7 where we donated stationary packs for the learners.
What a humbling experience we had that day. The work that the foundation does for the community does not go unnoticed, which is why as CMH Isuzu we have donated an Isuzu DMax 250 base Bakkie, to keep the foundation mobile at all times, ensuring supplies, soup and sandwiches are delivered daily.
We live in a society where it is important to participate in activities which uplift the community and give a helping hand to better the lives of others. Going forward we strive as a team to get more involved with the Domino foundation.
